Hereinafter, individuals seeking to obtain services are referred to as “Customers”, PLASTMA compay seeking to provide services as “We\Us”. Customers are hereinafter referred to as “Users. Those certain services requested by the customers, which are to be completed by the Us are hereinafter referred to as “Services.”

Your participation in using our Service means for your personal use and the use of others that have explicitly authorized you. 

When using our product OR service you agree to comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan, , of the province and city in which you are present.

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement after intimation with you.

By using our products OR services, you agree that:

• You will only use our services for lawful purposes; you will not use the Services for sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes.
• You will not use our product or services to cause nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience.
• You will not try to harm our operations in any way whatsoever.
• You will provide us with whatever proof of identity we may reasonably request.

When you request us to make contact we may collect personal information supplied by you and You are solely responsible for Your Information. Such information will enable us to process your communication efficiently. So you hereby represent and warrant to PLASTMA that Your Information

• will not be false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

• will not be obscene or contain pornography or be harmful to minors
• will not contain any viruses, Trojan Horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

Information We Release

We will only release information about you as authorized by yourself, required by law or where required in order for us to communicate with yourself. Where supplied to third parties the information provided will only be sufficient for the third party to perform their services and may not be used by them for any other purpose.

Inspection of Works / Jobs

PLASTMA is not responsible regarding the contract agreement between customers and any workers outside our dealings with you (if you try to take that route). 

Once a service is completed, it will be marked as closed immediately, so customers must give access to their properties in their own supervision to avoid any acute circumstances.

PLASTMA will not be responsible for any loss or damaged caused in any scenario by customer himself/herself. The Customer shall inspect the Works as far as it is reasonably possible to do so immediately upon their completion.

Payment terms

Customers using the services are obligated to pay for the services they ordered, unless specifically notified otherwise. For all purchases and payments for reimbursement costs, fees or expenses associated with a Service, PLASTMA will charge you cash amount according to the amount agreed upon between you and PLASTMA.

No refunds will be provided once the customer has been charged. You will be liable for all transaction taxes on the services provided under this Agreement

Copyright and Trademarks

The contents of this website are at all times the copyright or trademark property of either PLASTMA, PLASTMA’s suppliers or linked third parties and you may not distribute, reproduce, display, publish any trademark or other content of this website for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written approval of PLASTMA.

Dispute resolution

In case of any kind of dispute, you are requested to email at the email address of PLASTMA within 3 days of availing the service. The email address of PLASTMA is info@plastmasanitaryware.com. Notify the issue at this email address and PLASTMA will get back to you soon. If you and PLASTMA are unable to resolve a Dispute through negotiations over mail, either you or PLASTMA may elect to have the Dispute finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. Any election to arbitrate by one party will be final and binding on the other. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF EITHER PARTY ELECTS TO ARBITRATE, NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT OR HAVE A TRIAL.

Damage & Liability

PLASTMA is not liable for any injury, harm or death caused to anyone, customer, worker or any other party in any scenario or situation

PLASTMA accepts no liability to any user for any loss or damage of any user, whether foreseeable or otherwise.

Special Promotions

To facilitate its customers, PLASTMA may introduce certain promotional opportunities time to time. And the time limit of such promotion will be in total control of PLASTMA and it may discontinue without any advance notice. 

Specifications and Information

Specifications and information provided on this webiste are given in good faith based on our knowledge, experience, or information provided to us by manufacturers and/or suppliers, or derived from sources believed to be accurate at the time the information is received by us.

Continuous Service

Due to the inherent nature of market forces we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of our services at all times and you accept that our service may also be unavailable from time to time. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

PLASTMA may amend this Agreement from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon PLASTMA posting of an updated Agreement

Miscellaneous

If any provision set out in these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall not be effected. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
